Waterman Square I Apartments

The result of a two year collaboration with the community, the form, colors, materials and site layout of Waterman Square were refined dozens of times until the project as a whole spoke to neighborhood sensitivities and character. 88 units of family affordable housing are being executed with the attention to detail and design that a comfortable, upscale community would expect. Completed  2008.
