  •Licensed Architect, Principal. Specializing in design, engineering, technical and financial analysis.
•Licensed Contractor. Residential and Light Commercial Construction Management experience.
•NCARB certified–National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
•Member for twelve years of City of Sacramento Design Review and Preservation Board. Board Chairperson for two years. Committees included: Downtown Plaza Special Review Committee; Commercial Building Survey Committee; Publication Committee; Design Guidelines Committee (Chair); Residential Building Preservation Area Plan Committee; and the Light Rail Project Review Subcommittee. Principal author of the City of Sacramento Design Review Guidelines.
•Commissioner, State of California Board of  Architectural Examiners. Continuous service since 1987.
Member, American Institute of Architects, Central Valley Chapter. Service on professional exam seminars, manufacturer's tours, conventions, and the AIA Scholarship Committee. Participation in various seminars, meetings, and activities. Chairperson of the 1986 AIA Honor Awards Program. Chairman, 1994-96 Speakers Bureaus. Co-Chair 1993 Housing Committee.
