Renovation and Adaptive Reuse of The Stockton was completed in 2005 with the first new residents in 45 Years.  The rooftop terrace was restored and made ready for use by events and a future restaurant. 

Work continues on commercial spaces on the ground floor.

Tiles that were missing and damaged on the grand stair floor were custom fired to match the historic tiles exactly; The grand stair is reopened to it's former glory!

On the Fifth floor, the historic bathrooms are ready for use again after years and years of neglect and abandonment; all new pipes insure function !!!
